Pa Ranjith is one of the very few filmmakers who made lot of changes in the narrative that Tamil cinema undergoes in later times

Apart from being a ambedkarite and a very forward thinking writer and a director Ranjith has a really good craft with him inside

I have seen Pa Ranjith in his earlier times from his Venkat P days while he changed himself into a very strong celluloid writer

Starting with his debut film Attakathi his short divisions , camera angles everything has a meaning to convey starting from close up shot of Actor Dinesh’s locations to the bus shots everything will give a very relative feel thats the biggest plus Ranjith has

But Ranjith got a better handle on his craft with his second film Madras starring Karthi Sivakumar where he got his politics right very convincingly pulled up to the larger screen every character had a very minute detailing let it be Anbu , Kaali , Johnny Karthi’s mother , Catherine Thresa every character stands out for its nativity which we seldom find in Tamil Cinema especially in recent times

Every director the big ones bring something to the table of Kollywood let it be Mani Ratnam who brought dim lighting scenes to life with minimal dialogues most shots were self explanatory unlike Shankar S who is known for his bold and well written dialogues and magnificent narrative though both at many times worked with the same team their vision was unique

In same way Ranjith made a solid big writing with lots of lofty ambitions into a very convincingly written screenplay that engages the audience and the movie never becomes preachy at any time

When Ranjith made films with Rajinikanth everyone awed why Rajinikanth such a humongous star gave chance to a two film director but that was a smart and also a very trendsetting move from Thiru Rajinikanth , Kabali apart from being one of the biggest collectors of any Rajini movie it also beautifully used Rajinikanth as a actor , Kaala remains my personal favourite of any Rajini film

In Kaala the story beautifully revolves around both Rajinikanth and Naana Patekar both would have a contrasting ideology but Ranjith makes you feel the driving forces of both the characters and never stereotype any character especially the love story between Eswari Rao , Huma Qureshi and Rajinikanth is one of the sweetest love triangles ( actually not one )

The most Recent film of Ranjith Sarpatta Parambarai is a unique and a special one coming away from his forward thinking genres was a very solid film right from arya to pasupathi everything was picture perfect especially John Vijay is a special mention as Daddy he was a fire cracker , Santhosh Narayanan music everything was beautifully conceived and brought to life on screen and yes it’s one of the biggest and best films of the year

Director shankar shanmugham a very well known director amongst south and very famous in tamil film industry known for his films such as mudhalvan , gentleman and various high budget tamil films since 1993

Shankar started his debut with gentleman in 1993 which was a huge hit and made a monstrous business at the box office drawing praises for its making and grandeur . The project was produced by KT kunjumon a famous tamil film producer at that time doing various big budget movies

After gentleman shankar gave back to back consecutive hits such as indian , kaadhalan , mudhalvan which were all both big budget and heavily profitable films making the producers happy despite the big making charges

Shankar wanted to experiment in cinema after making back to back vigilante subjects he changed his colour of filmmaking with teen romance film boys starring today populars siddarth , genelia d cruz , thaman ss , nakul , manikandan and vivekh in a pivotal role which was praised by the critics but film drew criticisms for its adult content which was advanced for time

Shankar gave a solid comeback with anniyan staring chiyaan vikram in 2005 first time combining with harris jeyaraj to give chartbusters despite his all his previous collaborations with AR Rahman being classic

Shankar then combined with superstar Rajinikanth for sivaaji his second venture with a superstar since indian in 1996 in which he combined with kamal haasan which was a bullseye

So expectations were skyrocketing for sivaaji which became a all time blockbuster and a rajinikanth favourite doing phenomenal business for AVM studios

Shankar then convinced Sun pictures to do his dream project Robo / endhiran which had a budget over 200 crores but still it did very profitable buisness and also received a very positive critical acclaim for shankar’s direction unlike Sivaji which won mixed reviews but was very successful at box office

It was during the filming of Endhiran the veteran writer and scientist Sujatha Rangarajan famous for his dialogues in shankar films such as anniyan , mudhalvan etc passed away due to illness leaving behind a void in Shankar’s films

Shankar started his filming of his next film which was a remake of Hindi blockbuster 3 idiots with Vijay chandrasekar , jeeva and srikanth which was a fairly successful attempt and was received positively by audiences and critics alike

Then came I which was filmed with Chiyaan vikram and Amy jackson based on medical disorders and cosmetology this film was a average fare despite its heavy hype and a stupendous opening at global boxoffice

Then shankar combined again with his ever favourite Rajinikanth for 2.0 filming for almost 4 – 5 years the movie was a descent fare doing a descent business all over the world thanks to its 3D effects and global making standards and a stunning performance from its lead actors Rajinikanth and Akshay kumar

What happened to Shankar where did he loose his track being a very successful filmmaker and a inspiration for media aspirants having a near hundred percent success rate

Did he loose his silver touch after demise of Sujatha nope it was shankar’s repeating narrative method and storytelling which is letting him down

He needs fresh filmmaking narratives and theme setups rather than clinging to the old methods Shankar has built before tasting enough success

Shankar should try various themes such as history , tragedy and other themes with his grandeur rather than coating the same biscuits with the delicious chocolate cream he should change the very flavour of the biscuit to make it taste better

Shankar is also being continuously accused of his caste built narration making all his protagonists belonging to the same community and stereotyping the local people and natives of north chennai as rowdies and villains which shankar should really address and change his narrative as he has a global appeal

Anyway i wish shankar to do more proper commercial films with a quality content with his trademark narrative style

So i claim Shankar as magnificence coated with illusion hope he balances both and convinces us with his making techniques next time probably with Indian 2 or RC15

Medical education is the most demanded education in many countries but post covid 19 pandemic I think we need a better healthcare system and a education system

Medical education needs more empathy than educational awareness the duty hours of doctors is very stressful and tiring , the training period comes as a shock to young doctors who topped the semesters but could not adapt to the residency timings

The doctor needs to care for each and every person in the ward which is under monitoring by him he needs to know their vital stats , their report values so it’s needed from every doctor a strong love and care towards the patients

Patients are the satisfaction for a doctor not the money yes I understand from today’s situation a fully qualified doctor earns good and even becomes rich in years but it’s the smile from the patient , smile from their relatives once you save the patient is priceless

We may or may not save anyone but be sure you make even the very last attempt to save the life of the patient because the patient trusts you and give his life in your hands let it be a chief minister , a multimillionaire or your favorite film star it’s in your hands at last if he is in a hospital bed

So be kind emphathetic and caring so that we become the angels

MK stalin who has sworn in as the 8th chief minister of Tamilnadu on may 6th . After so much battles fought with bravery and hardwork , lot of patience was needed for the DMK and MKS to get the throne finally

MK stalin the son of the most popular politician in Tamilnadu politics Kalaignar Karunanithi five time chief minister and 50 year party head of Dravida munnetra Kazhagam has always been a fighter from his first defeat in assembly elections from thousand lights constituency to his almost near to victory defeat in 2016 assembly polls it shaped him better than his victories

Mk trusted MKS just because of his novelty and hardwork factor so he gave the party leadership to him officially in 2018 and in 2019 he gave a thunderous victory in lok sabha polls in 2019 winning 38/39 seats that showed so much of promise for the DMK

Stalin from his young life has faced so many battles as a young leader and has faced so many humiliations just because he is son of Kalaignar

From MISA to been thrown away from assembly by assembly security guards by the speaker I think Stalin has been as resilient as his father who kept the party alive for 13 years without power till 1989 so did Stalin for 10 years from 2011 to 2021

But the truth is time gives you what you need and yes here is MK Stalin the chief minister of Tamilnadu winning 159 / 234 seats and winning a own majority of 130 + seats breaking the records of his father

I believe and I trust with Stalin as the captain of the ship you need not panic even when the ship is in danger because I will assure you he will be the last one to leave the ship and he will make his sincere last effort to save everyone

With a excellent bureaucrats team and a solid cabinet I think by rectifying the past faults of DMK regime the DMK is very certain to return to power again in 2026 with a even better majority
